Every year there’s loads of turkey, roast veggies, mashed potatoes and gravy leftover after thanksgiving. Leftovers are awesome – they are my absolute favorite ingredients to work with! I like to work my magic and use them creatively, so this year I’m chronicling what I’m going to do with my thanksgiving leftovers.
Random thought this morning: am I weird because I loved eating cold mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts last night for a midnight snack?
