Instant noodle fixation

by

I’ve had cooked hot dogs sitting in the fridge for a couple of days. Starving sans breakfast, I had a major craving for instant noodles. So out came a veggie pack and the kettle was heated. I diced a hot dog, sautéed it for 30 seconds along with a diced garlic clove in a little sesame oil. I poured in the water and flavour pack and let it come to a rolling boil, before adding in the noodles. I simmered the noodles for 2 minutes till almost done, then shredded in some romaine lettuce last minute for some greens. Have you ever eaten cooked lettuce? It is delicate and delicious!
