Over the years, he has often reminisced about the flavours of his childhood. So, for his birthday last year, I hunted down some Nigerian recipes and prepared a feast of Moi Moi, Fried Plantains and Goat Stew.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-299\" title=\"Karte_Nigeria_Ethnien\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gourmetjunkie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/Karte_Nigeria_Ethnien.jpg\" width=\"440\" height=\"367\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Well, it&#8217;s that time of year again, and I thought perhaps I should add to my that one-time meal! Found this great website that does a great job of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodbycountry.com\">summarizing the food of each country.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Food is obviously much more complex than a few recipes, but I think it does a great starter job!
